Menu Monday

The kitchen should be finished up today with the new bar top and some other odds and end's things. I am going to really enjoy cooking this week!

Monday- Josh is taking some clients to Dinner at La Hacienda (Mexican Food) I get to tag along minus the muchkins!

Tuesday- Brisket and Tator Tot's

Wednesday- Nacho's with Beef (I used FF beans, 95% lean beef, 2% cheese)

Thursday- Frozen Pizza and Salad, Kate has a choir competition I needed something super easy, everyone loves pizza!

Friday- I don't know yet, I need a good non-meat meal for Lent. Anyone want to share it can be seafood or just vegetarian. Please help!!

How about fettucine without the chicken? Just cook fettucine noodles. The sauce is a large can of cream of mushroom soup, a cup of milk and a cup of shredded or grated parmesan cheese. Heat and stir until smooth. Steam broccoli and add to sauce. Serve over noodles. This is my family's FAVORITE meal. Serve with breadsticks or french bread and/or salad. East and yummy!

Glad the kitchen's almost done! It looks awesome!

How about a Shrimp Stir Fry? Just some shrimp, celery, mushrooms, onion, carrots...stir fry in the pan with alittle oil and served with brown rice.
Lots of good eats at your house. Enjoy.
