You don't know me but Karen Hoeller recommended your "frugal" site many months ago and I added it to my favorites at that time and have read it often since. I have the following pasta salad on my weekly menu for this week and had to share since it is DELICIOUS!!!

One 8 oz bottle Kraft Coleslaw dressing
Dash of thyme
Pinch if ginger
1 cup mayo ( I use fat free)
4 cups diced cooked chicken
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups cooked bowtie pasta ( I just use a whole bag I don't know how many cups it is) :)
2 cups red grapes cut in halves
1 cup diced celery
ONE 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits drained
2 cups diced apples (unpeeled)
3/4 cup slivered almonds

Combine coleslaw dressing, thyme, ginger and mayo
Mix the rest except apples and almonds
Add dressing, mix refrigerate until ready to serve and then add apples and almonds just before serving. You will have plenty for more then one meal!
ENJOY!
